When I arrived onsite the property manager told me he could not find my reservation and told me that I would have to cancel my stay with Expedia and rebook in person at the standard rate. During this encounter I called Expedia and had the confirmation info sent to my email and also spoke with a virtual agent whom instructed me to have the property manager look up my reservation with the booking ID number. The manager refused. I was all set to swim w my family and NOPE !!! The room was not that great , burned holes all in the carpet , no turn table in microwave , half the curtain in window worked , sheets didn't seem all that clean on bed plus kept popping off when sleeping which is uncomfortable !! Tv kept flickering while watching , no coffee or a breakfast of anykind available !!! Apon showing him the ADA website he did believe me and charged a pet fee. When I arrived I was up charged $140 for pets and incidentals. Not sure why. Also after seeing the condition of the hotel we decided to book elsewhere. Was told no refunds since I did it online. I'd avoid this property unless you want to book a room then get charged a totally different amount and not able to get a refund. Clean, very clean, bedding crisp and white. Mattress perfect. All NECESSARY amenities provided. Great TV service. When we checked in asked for first floor as well due to health issues. Was told they don’t have a first floor??? and was put in the second floor with no elevator! When we checked into the room there were no towels in the room only washcloths.The air conditioner would not work properly! Will not stay again, if you can’t accommodate you won’t get my money!
