“Çalışanlar yardım sever be tam kafa dinlemelik”

“Amazing hospitality and a truly caring host! We accidentally left our passports at the hotel, and the owner went above and beyond to help us. He immediately contacted us and personally brought our passports to us, saving us a lot of time and trouble. This kind of genuine care and hospitality is rare these days. Thank you, Melih, for being so kind and helpful! Highly recommend this place, not just for the accommodation, but for the wonderful people running it!”

“Die Familie betreibt dieses Hotel mit viel Herzblut, Leidenschaft und Gastfreundschaft.”

“As a first time to stay at Abant, it was a great stay, as it's located between the lake and the city. The family that they are taking care of the house is great as well.”

“Stay was amazing”

“Oda gerçekten temizdi yatak çok rahattı. Kahvaltısı mükemmel ötesi. Personel de her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tek eleştireceğim şey banyoda duşakabin yok. Duşa girince klozet dahil her yer ıslanıyor. Bizi bir tek bu zorladı.”

“I can’t even call this place a bed and breakfast , very limited breakfast .. Terrible management and staff .. The management leaves the hotel by 2 pm There is only night watchers stays after that knows nothing about the property.. the rooms are dirty they only clean the rooms every 4 days , when I asked their response was “ our guests wants this way “ I was shocked management has no shame at all I don’t recommend this place for anyone..”

“Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Frühstücksraum und Gartenhaus schön dekoriert. Sehr freundliches Personal.”

“When we arrived the lady from the restaurant, tried to take money from us although we had already booked. The owner was in hospital and kept telling us room rates with meals etc over the phone via someone in the restaurant trying to help out with English.. Since we had booked and paid already, we felt like we were getting scammed. We did manage to get a 100% refund, but folks need to be aware of this when booking here. I am sure the apartment and meals are great, however the staff not being……
