As world travelers we know what makes for a comfortable stay. Every detail of the house and its furnishing is provided to give the most comfort and relaxation. This unique luxury townhouse has all the features you would expect of a modern home and more: two master suites, each with its own bathroom and balcony. Granite counter tops and stone tile showers; all stainless steel appliances; large LED TVs in living room and bedrooms; gourmet kitchen; new beds and bedding; and electronic door lock with a code unique to you.
Sensitive individuals will appreciate that no cats, dogs, or smokers have been in this home and it is professionally cleaned.
The unique architecture allows for either solitude or a family gathering. The location has mature landscaping and is a convenient base for your many Sedona adventures. Park your car or bike and walk the shopping district in the quaint Village of Oak Creek. Within 4 blocks you can enjoy art galleries, Mexican and Thai restaurants, mircobrew beer, pizza, and pastries with freshly brewed coffee. Within a half mile are world-class restaurants, a relaxing spa, a Farmer's Market, and hiking and biking into the center of red rock country.
Our warm and inviting townhouse by room: The kitchen is fully outfitted for a quick pizza or a gourmet meal on 20 feet of granite counter tops. Some of the highlights include new stainless steel pots and pans, new dishes and utensils, a fully-stocked spice rack, coffee beans and a state of the art coffee bean grinder.
The dining nook is cheerfully painted in festive colors with a distinct Mexican tile table, and fun decorations.
The spacious living room is large enough for entertaining yet cozy enough for just two. There is a high end leather recliners, a comfortable new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and a smart 55” TV, wireless speaker, HDMI cable to connect your device, and distinctive southwest art.
The Red Rock master suite is centered around a Southwest theme. The new queen bed and bedding set includes soft 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. The spacious master has a private bath with shower. The 46” LED TV allows for easy viewing. The balcony off this master bedroom faces west to appreciate the setting sun over Gunsight rock. When dark, enjoy a cocktail on the balconies and take in innumerable stars.
The Purple Sage master bedroom comes with a tub and shower; also with the finest bedding on a queen bed. In addition to the overhead fan and 43” TV, the private balcony has a spectacular view of Courthouse rock that lights up at sunrise and sunset.
The backyard has a large glass table, comfortable chairs, and a new BBQ.

Quiet and excellent location
The home was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here except for the internet instability. Unfortunately we could not rely on a connection while staying here and our jobs require us to be able to connect and work. Hopefully it will be resolved in the near future. Definitely a 5 star if the interent issues can be resolved.

Top Place to Stay in Sedona
Conveniently located off the highway, this townhome was an ideal location for a family to stay at. Restaurants were within walking distance and the surrounding views were incredible. The host was most gracious in providing local sites to visit in addition to providing access to trails with their parking pass. Would highly recommend for families to stay at including those wanting a quick getaway if they live in the valley. Would definitely stay at again!

Very clean and well appointed home. Close to hiking trails!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe's property. The home was very clean and in a fantastic location. We were at the rental over Easter weekend and were thankful that we were staying in the Village of Oak Creek and not have to deal with the traffic jams in Sedona. This home is also very close to two of the most popular hiking areas in Sedona. When we are back in Sedona, we would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Great condo and location
They thought of everything! We never felt like we had to make do - the kitchen even had chip clips! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The tips on hikes and restaurants were very much appreciated and we really liked the book on the hikes. We liked the location of Village of Oak Creek and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay near beautiful Sedona
We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country and this was by far the cleanest, most organized (labels on the kitchen cabinets - awesome!), best supplied unit we have ever stayed in. We often cook full meals at our rental locations and the unit came with all the spices, pots and pans we needed. A washer and dryer are always a requirement for us and that too was supplied with laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that each room had a full bathroom, all supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body gel. Each room also had a dresser and large closets so we could fully unpack and really feel at home. TVs in the main front room and in each room were also provided along with password secured internet. Joe was quick to respond to all of my questions and was great at giving us local advise on places to visit and eat. The unit had plenty of resources for local places to visit, and trails to hike. It was nice being slightly out of the craziness of Sedona proper but we were only 15 minutes away. Because of Spring Break Sedona can be quite busy with heavy traffic midday. Oak Creek Village is beautiful, and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Be like Joe!
We just left a 9 day stay and cannot say enough good stuff. From the moment we walked in, the space felt like home. He truly thought of everything ! A true host of consideration. The feeling, decor and overall cleanliness was 10/10. The weather patterns were extreme which caused us to eat in pretty frequently - the kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The location also was perfect. It felt safe, tucked away but close enough to stores and trails/mountains. We believe all hosts should model after Joe. His attention to detail, his communication- all just superb. We look forward to staying again soon! Thank you Joe! 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Well-appointed Home away from Home
LOVED staying at this place. The huge kitchen was practically like cooking at home: spices, condiments, oil, baggies, every possible kitchen gadget, including an electric teapot. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and this place had everything to make our stay homey and convenient. For example, we forgot our sunblock and there was some provided - also the parking pass for hiking saved us time and money!

Excellent quiet stay!
This owner did a superb job of giving us all the info we needed with his property by labeling everything, giving us an instruction manual after we reserved. Very responsive when we had one small issue and his maintenance man was prompt and fixed it. Location is perfect away from the crazy busy Sedona but close enough to everything. Excellent condo - easy access to Sedona
We had an excellent experience at this condo. The setup with 2 master bedrooms was ideal for us because we had friends staying and it allowed all of us to have our own private bathroom. The 2 bedroom/bathroom upstairs along with the huge kitchen and 1/2 bathroom is an ideal setup for sharing the space with our out of town friends. The cost of the unit was very reasonable compared to staying at a nearby hotel. The condo felt like being at home while still being away on on vacation.

83 yr old Spring Break
We enjoyed our stay. Townhome was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Joe was extremely easy to communicate with. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep - if you have older family with you. The views from the balconies were okay this time of year - not spectacular. A very nice stay and yes we would stay again.
