“Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Oristano. Alberto ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Das Beste war die Lage, ca. 400 m zu Fuss in die Altstadt, wo es viele unterschiedliche Restaurants gibt. Auch ein Supermarkt war nur 100 m entfernt. Und einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer gefunden. Allerdings ist die Wohnung für Personen über 1,80 m nicht geeignet, da es keinen Raum ohne Schrägen gibt. Ich bin 1,77 m und habe mir einige Beulen eingefangen. ”

“Zeer comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima uitvalsbasis voor de kust en stranden en het binnenland. Afgelegen locatie maar dus heerlijk rustig met een ruim opgezette en goed onderhouden tuin. Fijn schaduwrijk terras, heerlijk zwembad, whirlpool, butendouche en fijn bedjes in de tuin. Aanrader! ”

“I was very happy with this booking. The camera angles worried me a little because I thought it was making the space look bigger than it was but the apt was huge. The beds were comfy every thing was very clean. It was an easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Carla also gave us a great restaurant recommendation and saved us from getting a parking ticket. She was fantastic. It was an easy drive to multiple beaches. It was a great location at a great price. “We spent a lovely few days in Paulilatino at this unusual characterful property. The solid stone construction provides a wonderfully secure and quiet position in a village location. Roberto is a charming host and very flexible with arrangements but we would suggest that contact is through WhatsApp for speed. The house was more than complete with everything you require, but maybe a kettle would be useful for us Brits! The village is non-touristy and friendly with a good modern supermarket and a……

“A home from home for us. We really enjoyed having so much space and comfort in this apartment. There is a well stocked kitchen, massive garden area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good air con & Wi-Fi. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and transport links. Would be good for 2-3 people or 2-3 people and baby (of you bring your own cot).”
