This apartment has a view of Mont Saint-Clair. It is located on the first floor with elevator. The beaches are 450 m away and shops nearby. It faces east. The living room is made up of a kitchen area (with two hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave) and a double sofa bed and a television. The bathroom (shower, sink) is with the WC. Animals not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.) OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, Mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries. To be paid on arrival, tourist tax (5.5% of the price of the stay) and security deposit (300€) by card.
