Other Things to Note:
Located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Area, Sunset Cove offers unrivaled convenience with direct access to Seven Mile Beach itself. Say goodbye to traffic woes as you simply descend the stairs (please note there is no lift for the first-floor unit) and step onto the sandy shores or traverse the beautiful gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.

Please be advised that our condo strictly upholds a non-smoking policy. Smoking within the premises will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be utilized for a thorough deep cleaning to maintain the comfort of our future guests.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the condo complex.

We kindly request that all sun tan sprays be applied outdoors and indoor furniture be used with dry clothes to ensure its longevity and cleanliness.

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$750 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.

Our condo is currently professionally managed by Cayman Luxury Rentals. The property is self check-in however in addition to a comprehensive information booklet, you will be given 24-7 contact details of a PMC Team who will be able to assist you during your stay.
