“Lovely rural setting. Mikael, the host was especially helpful when we were leaving after 3 nights. We had a flat car battery and he came to our aid with his charging leads. He didn’t hesitate to help even though he had a particularly busy day ahead. Many thanks. ”

“Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes.

“Séjour très agréable avec un personnel et une direction à nôtre écoute. Environnement tres calme, grand espace et piscine impeccable. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Manque toutefois la clim dans les chambres en été lors des grandes chaleurs mais nous ont mis a disposition un ventilateur.”
