Renovated Historic House with Rooftop Terrace. Galera T.
It is a historic house completely renovated, which one reflects the style of Seville at the end of the 19th century. It has elements of the year 1885 in its doors, irons and tiles, of great cultural and historical value. Everything has been rehabilitated and designed new, but always keeping the style and the classic setup of this type of House.
The House is organized on 4 floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance that leads to the staircase and a comfortable exterior room, with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 and a full bathroom en suite. Through the beautiful staircase with vintage tiles, we access to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, both exterior, one of them with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and the other one with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90. Moreover, on the same floor there is a fully bathroom.
On the third floor is the kitchen, where you encounter a beautiful private patio, completely new and provided with everything that you need, as well as a beautiful outdoor lounge, decorated in detail, with seating area and dining area. It also has a comfortable double sofa bed for 2 people.
On the top floor we find the private terrace, with artificial turf, garden furniture and an outside shower to cool off if we are basking in the sun. Also on the same terrace, there is a small and beautiful kitchen that it allows us to servicing there, so it is not neccesary to go down stairs, as well a small toilet to make more comfortable.
Calle Galera is located in the heart of the Arenal district, one of the most sought-after areas in Seville’s historic center. The property is just a few meters from the Bullring, the Maestranza Theatre, and the Torre del Oro, and only a short walk from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar.
Although Calle Galera is a pedestrian street and very quiet, the surrounding area offers a wide variety of traditional bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian tapas and excellent local wines. There are also supermarkets and grocery stores nearby, making your stay both comfortable and convenient.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
