“The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,……

“The property was a good size with all the basics you need. For a couple it's great.You can't deny that the location is amazing. A few minutes walk and you are in proper wilderness with so much wildlife about. We had some lovely walks straight from the property.You are only a short drive to the nearest village so not too isolated.We found it a brilliant base to explore Yorkshire.”

“Comfortable, spotless cottage, very quiet area.Owner Mary is a lovely lady, she even showed us around her beautiful garden.Would stay again”

“Booked Brook Hall for a stag weekend of 12 guys, which Edward was happy to accommodate. It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. Perhaps even better if there were more showers (only 2) but this did not detract from the……

“What a great house! Everything we needed for 3 days in Yorkshire. Sheep and Alpaca at the farm, a sauna in the evenings with a cold plunge. We cooked, visited and relaxed in this lovely house.”

“Such a historic venue, so peaceful if a bit remote. 5-10 minutes to get to the main road. Easy to find though, postcode satnav takes you right to the property with well signed directions when there. The property and grounds were immaculate, added bonus of an outside plug at parking to trickle charge an electric vehicle. ”

“10 members from 2 families had a wonderful half term break . The accommodation was very spacious as was the outside area with a heated swimming pool ,tennis court and croquet lawn and garden area .It was the perfect place to explore the surrounding area and then come back for us all to play tennis or have a swim . We were all able to relax helped by the lovely gardens . Thank you .”
