This attractive, traditional brick and flint end terrace cottage has been renovated and now boasts an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with an enclosed rear garden - the perfect space for al fresco dining and with parking opposite, this house will suit a family or a couple looking for a relaxing break. Located on Beeston Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), yet only 0.6 miles to the beach, shops, cafes and train station – so why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train or bus!Ground floor: Front door leading into: Lounge area: with sofa, armchair, wall mounted TV and feature fireplace. Kitchen area: with electric oven with electric hob, under unit fridge with freezer box, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar with four stools. Door leading to rear garden. Door to: Downstairs family shower room: with corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
First floor: Stairs leading to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables and hanging rail. Bunk Bedroom: with bunk beds (please note only suitable for children under the age of 12 years), bedside table and hanging rail, wall mounted TV.
Amenities: Outside: communal parking opposite property on Beeston Common. Amenities: bed linen and towels provided. 1 x medium size dog permitted at £20.00 per week. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. No Wifi (this property has a good hot spot signal for BT/EE users).
