I was having a tough week, but when I got to the hotel the fronk desk clerk Julian, was so warm and bubbly it made me smile. He really have a customer service like spirit. The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. The 2nd floor hallway smelled fresh. My room was so detailed and clean. The checkout experience was with front desk clerk Reginald. He was very pleasant and willing to explain all details to assure me, after I voices concerns about my reservation, booked through a 3rd party booking company. The staff is exceptional.

The room was great , staff don’t know left from right. I stayed there 3 nights and was told parking was $16 so I asked why do I have a charger for 100 on my card and was informed by someone else it’s for parking because parking is $32 plus tax. So you don’t get incidentals back because it’s equivalent to paying for self parking.

Room was good. The staff was great! I was very frustrated that at no time when reserving this hotel that i would be required to attend a 90 minute (actually took 2+ hours) presentation on purchasing a timeshare with Holiday Inn.

It is a cheaper motel and an old motel so must keep this in mind as to what you will expect. Room was clean and the mattresses cheap, yet not too firm. Quite understandable about the damage security deposit upon check in since the previous person that stayed apparently punched a hole in the shower, not an easy fix. The motel was very quiet and I slept quite well. The motel room served its purpose for me.
