“I had a wonderful stay at Ulalena, had a memorable new year eve, it was the perfect way to start 2024. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Goshi san and his team were really nice and kind, we were very well taken care of (very warm and homey). I will definitely recommend my friends and family when they visit Shizuka! Highly recommend! ”

"東橫質素 不過不失 平平地住得過 唯一不滿意嘅地方 我3點半自駕到達東橫 職員表示車位“先到先得” 但係我見到停車場至少有十個空車位 職員不許我泊車 要我去附近停車場泊車 呢啲服務真係有問題"
