Brand new listing, this is a newer cabin that has not been used as a vacation rental until now.
The space
Tucked away in the pines next to the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest, this beautiful vacation rental home built in 2018 is the best way to experience the Show Low area. With stunning views, this expansive high-country house is brimming with amenities. Soak in the peaceful ambiance from the large deck overlooking the forest with million-dollar views or find your next outdoor adventure on the nearby trails and lakes. With Sunrise Park Resort for skiing and snowboarding less than one hour away, you can make some memories year-round!

Boasting an elegantly modern interior and situated on a quiet one acre parcel on a cul-de-sac and immediately adjacent to the forest, this Arizona cabin is the perfect home base for family and friends looking to explore the mountains of Navajo County. Hiking trails are within steps of the cabin. The cabin is also only a few minutes to town, Fool Hollow Lake, Torreon, Bison Golf Club, and other attractions.

Sit on the deck, take a deep breath of clean mountain air, slow down and enjoy seeing hummingbirds, wild horses, deer, elk, coyotes, rabbits, and even cows...

SLEEPING: Accommodations for up to 10 people. Master Bedroom: King Bed; Bedroom 2: Queen Bed; Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Beds and 2 twin mattresses, couches.

HOME OFFICE: Guest bedroom has desk, monitor, keyboard, and printer. Fast 150MBps Internet service. Have a great view of a national forest while you work remotely!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private large covered deck, dining table, patio furniture.

AMENITIES: Fast Internet, 75” TV in great room, 70” TV in master bedroom, 65” TV in game room. Game room/home theater room with foosball table, Ms. Pacman game, Sony Playstation 4. TV apps for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO Max, ESPN, etc. Just bring your own login information. Cornhole game.

INDOOR LIVING: dining table with 6 chairs, vaulted ceiling, huge windows, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, central A/C and heating, 2,450 sq. ft.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics & spices, stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, island with 4 chairs.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, towels & linens, washer/dryer, complimentary toiletries, trash bags/paper towels.

PARKING: 2 car garage, with driveway space for 2 more vehicles.
NO PETS.

This is our family cabin so please take care of it as you would your own home.
Other things to note
The cabin is on a beautiful 1.2 acre lot over looking the forest.
The lot does drop off into the forest so minor children must be supervised at all times.

Beautiful and clean home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient yet quiet, and the house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck every evening with the fire pit and Mother Nature surrounding us.
