“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived — it felt unhygienic and clearly not maintained to acceptable standards.
The staff was not helpful at all. When I raised concerns, they showed little interest and made no real effort to fix anything or improve my stay.
There was a TV in the room, but no remote for the entire two days I stayed there, and the staff was unable to provide one. On top of that, the Wi-Fi password did not work,……

“My key wasn’t available upon arrival and we had to wait a few extra minutes before we could get into the room. The rooms had flies in them but the entire area had flies so it wasn’t completely house keeping’s fault. Some of the sheets weren’t clean. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The bathrooms need some tlc. Water pressure is decent, rooms were spacious and tv’s are very small.”

“Horrible service, the pictures on Expedia look nothing like the room. Room is very dirty!!! Absolutely gross. Smells extremely bad from mold and unsanitary. The fridge is rusty and dirty. Black stains all over the beds. Blood stains. Bugs all over the floors. Extremely bad. I have photos to show this. Very unhappy. No lock on front door .”
