King size bed in master suite (iSeries Hybrid mattress that is comfortably cool & supportive to all sleeping positions!), 2 queen (medium/firm pillow top) beds in 2nd bedroom. Condo has hurricane windows, Stone floors throughout, Granite counter tops, & 3 large flat screen TVs.
No need to cross the street to get to beach, enjoy a (less than) 2 minute walk from the door to the sand (with our private beach access gate). Beautiful white sands cool to the touch! Chairs & chaise lounges free to our guests on the beach. Also in condo, we provide beach umbrella & chairs, also beach towels! 2 Washers & 2 Dryers (coin operated),conveniently on each floor, near elevators.
The South Village is just across the street, so it's an easy walk to numerous SHOPS and RESTUARANTS. N. Siesta Key Village is just 2.5 miles north. Marina within 5 min walk to book your boating , jet skis, and parasailing.. Nicely located just off the South Bridge onto Siesta Key. Leave your car parked and walk or ride the Free Trolley (which stops right out front every 20 mins), to check out everything Siesta Key has to offer!
