"I enjoyed every part of my experience except for the breakfast. There was no one staffing the omelette bar and even though it was very clearly noted that breakfast was included in my rate I was charged $30."

"Work trip. I did not eat breakfast. The staff was great. Always ready to help. There are two citizenM. My internet was acting up so I went to the wrong hotel. I was booked at the Nor Ma. Self check in and check out. The room was clean but small. It was a three days stay.. They clean every three days. Great hot water. I felt safe. Lots of restaurants around. Metro 5 minute walk. Great hotel!"
