The property was well maintained, the suite was clean, the AC worked great, and the staff was courteous. I am not giving it a better review because our room was not serviced once during our stay and, sometimes, there was not hot water, mainly overnight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was comfortable and it was in walking distance to restaurants, bars and groceries. There will be some noise at night because there are active night spots around. I would stay again.

The place was clean. It would be good to have instructions to washer/dryer easier to follow. We needed help with the safe. Called a few times. No one ever came. So we had to carry our documents with us everywhere we went.

The location is really good. Close to many restaurants in Simpson Bay. The shower was not working 100%. Tooking a lot of time to get hot and when it was hot, it was too hot. But it was good overall. And theres good market in the first floor.

The location of the commodore is very good. Right in the heart of surrounding activities with a short walk or drive to the nearest beach. The hallway to the side where the washer and dryer is kept could have been kept more tidyer, as well as where the pools and workout areas are. The staff was amazing.

The property was clean. The night staff was really kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the kind lady offered me suggestions as to where I could grab a bite. The bathroom for some reason had no towels, wash cloths or hand soap. The towel rack was also non existent. It was a peaceful and restful nights sleep as I only stayed for 1 night and they were quick to rectify the towel situation.

I love the property and stay there often due to comfort and proximity. The ONLY thing is they REALLY REALLY REALLY need to get hot water in ALL the rooms. Some rooms have it some don't. My luck in the last few stays have been on the downside. Please get a plumber to fix that. Its no fun taking cold showers on vacation.
