"Priced reasonably, and was a nice place for 2, but for 4 the pull out is not comfortable. The issue we had was not the staircase, but I don't remember any mention that there is only a claw foot tub with shower in it. Very hard to get in and out of making it hazardous for elderly. Also, rentals can be hard to maintain, I understand that but, need screens in the living room windows and there were ants on the window sills in the bedroom."

"The stay was enjoyable! We loved the scenic view of the rooms and the closeness to town. Our dog enjoyed the open space and for November we were warm and cozy inside. There was everything we could need there! We hope to visit again."

"Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff."

"Nice weekend getaway to get some quietness. This place would be really nice in the beginning of the fall in which it's still warm and vacation time period is not as busy. Owners was very helpful and always picked up the phone. We had a miss communication with the fire stick, but they quickly rectify the issue within hours and apologies for any inconvenience. These are the type of owners you always want to rent from. Local pizza place was really good."

"My employees were not allowed to use the " private kitchen " in the listing. I was sent pictures of what appeared to be a dirt dusty haunted basement with a creepy old dress on a mannequin in the corner. This place was awful Do not stay. If I could give it negative stars I would."

"Though we somehow were not expecting to have to walk up three and a half flights, the accomodations were excellent! Only problem I had was trying to read hand written instructions from the owner before I put on my glasses, and added water to a coffee maker that was already full! The star of the trip was the food, though, and the recommendations were appreciated."

"I would give the studio in this location four stars but our visit was decimated by poor communication from the property management group and difficulty accessing our unit on arrival. The property management group uses standardized texts to communicate. However their responses to return texts are impersonal (ie. see details in your email) to nonexistent. There was also a disconnect in them recognizing that I had sent in the required contract several days in advance. And they kept repeatedly...

"I did not realize the property was a former mansion. The apartment feels like a house. Each room is so lovely with bright natural light. The beds were so comfy and perfectly made with lots of blankets and pillows. Esther communicated perfectly with us and added sweet touches like a nespresso with coffee, tooth brushes and paste, plenty of towels, shampoo and soaps, and some spices and cooking utensils as needed.
