Rural property for up to 11 people plus babies, with 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Wifi-Internet, air conditioning, Nice garden with pool and barbecue
It is an old country house, restored in Sineu. Elements of the old cabin have been preserved, combining them with essential elements for the convenience of today.
Sineu still retains today reminiscences of his noble past. A tour of the medieval streets of its historic center will show the visitor beautiful stately homes and interesting monuments.
Sineu has a railway connection with the Palma-Manacor line. It also has numerous bars, restaurants and the typical cellers of typical Mallorcan food. As well as supermarkets and other stores.
Worth mentioning is the Sineu market, which is held on Wednesdays, and is a large market for animals and farmers who sell vegetables and fruits, as well as handicrafts, clothing, jewelry, etc.
The farm has a very good location. It is in the countryside (rural area) but in the delimitation of the town (urban area). It is therefore easy to travel on foot and by bicycle.

It is a farm surrounded by trees and shrubs, fields and open meadows and lots of nature, where the environment is perfect to relax and listen to the song of the birds. It has a large pool, with beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Son Palanca has it all.
The rustic image of the house starts from the outside and continues inside the house. Equipped with solid wood furniture from a time when almost none of us experienced, but exactly this architectural style of the house makes it the true charm of SON LEAN.
In the kitchen, there is a large wood fireplace, with lots of charm, and perfect to enjoy long evenings with family and friends.
Here the Mallorcan tradition continues to play a prominent role.
In Mallorca, the sun shines almost every day, and, consequently, the temperatures are high, and SON PALANCA is equipped with air conditioning. And for the winter nights, in the coldest months ARE PALANCA, it has a very old fireplace, with a lot of Mallorcan charm.
The outdoor area is dominated by nature. In it, you can have barbecue, pool and beautiful views of nature and the Sierra de Tramuntana.
