“We had an amazing stay. Very peaceful. Cabin was clean and stayed pretty warm. It was nice not to have WiFi or cell service so we could escape. The stairs are pretty steep going up to the rooms, we almost fell a few times. Only down side was there was a water delivery at 9am the day we were leaving that made it difficult for us to load up our vehicle. ”

“Kaliva Beta is an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. The property is beautifully designed, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. Unlike many VRBO rentals, it is exceptionally well-appointed and lacks nothing. The linens and towels are notably soft and high quality, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The hosts are highly responsive and very welcoming. I would absolutely recommend booking Kaliva Beta (or Alpha) for your next stay in Prescott.”

“Our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, the condo was not properly cleaned — there were feathers under the bed and in multiple areas, patches of dirt on the floors, and the duvet smelled old and musty. There were also bugs inside the hot pot that I had to wash out before using. The small heater provided did not keep the condo warm enough, which made the stay uncomfortable. What made things even worse was being falsely accused afterward of damaging the duvet and comforter, even though……
