Sea Mist is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex located directly on the oceanfront, providing a gorgeous view of the glistening Atlantic Ocean from two sides of the living room, master bedroom and from the two large private balconies. Access to the beach is immediately adjacent to the property.
This property has always been very popular with previous rental guests as it is in such nice condition and such a great location.
As you enter this home on the first living level (level 1) you will be greeted by 3 nice size bedrooms. The master is located on the Oceanside of the home and has its own master bath with tub and shower combination. It is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find fabulous ocean views.
Down the hallway on this bedroom level you will find a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
On the street side of the first living level you will find bedroom 2 which has a queen bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 is also located on this level and is centrally located between the master and bedroom 2. It is equipped with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4), flat screen TV/DVD and will be a great place for the kids to hang out. Across the hallway you will find a full bath with tub and shower combination that accommodates bedrooms 2 and 3.
As you move on up to the next living level (level 2) you will be greeted by a large open space which includes the living room, dining, kitchen and half bath. This is where the views become really captivating.
The living room is open and spacious and is equipped with plenty of seating for the family to enjoy time together. The living room has a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and WiFi is provided throughout. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying the early morning sunrise as it peeks above the glistening horizon.
The dining area has ample seating for 8 at the large table and seating for 2 others at the kitchen bar area.
The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. It is equipped with all required major and small appliances. All major appliances are stainless steel and include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, range/oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small counter appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The bright openness of this area is the perfect way to stay connected with family while cooking, relaxing or just playing games. For your added convenience there is a half bath just off the kitchen and adjacent to the living room.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
