PLEASE NOTE that Mountain Lodge`s interior common areas will be under renovation between March 31 - November 26, 2025. While this may result in some construction noise and dust, it won`t affect the comfort of your stay at Mountain Lodge 309. LONG DAY ON THE SLOPES OR TRAILS? THIS UNIT IS FOR YOU! Clean & cozy 1BR/1BA unit located in Mountain Lodge. This unit is the perfect place to warm up and relax after a fun day on the slopes! Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full-size stove and oven. Coffee maker. Cozy living room. Flat-screen TVs in living area and bedroom. Dining for four. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. Comfortably sleeps, 4 people. You will totally feel at home in this third-floor condo (less noise!!). Situated adjacent to Snowshoe Village, ski school, shops & restaurants. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Next to the exit for quick/easy access to parking.

- DISH Network HD TV Channels including HBO and Cinemax

- Please note that there is an entrance fee to use Split Rock Pools.

- PETS AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.



NOTE: The exterior siding of Mountain Lodge was removed/replaced during the Summer/Fall of 2020. As a result, the small balconies have been removed to make way for new, larger decks which will be installed in Summer/Fall 2022.



Guest will be required to electronically sign a standard rental agreement with Mountaintop Condos - prior to check-in. An example rental agreement can be provided upon request.



Holiday weekends (MLK and President`s) require a 3 night minimum with Friday check in only!

Great Location

A great affordable stay for anyone that wants to be nearby the village and slopes. I wish they had shampoo and conditioner.

Mountain Lodge

Updated property at MountainLodge. Really appreciated that it did not have carpet like some of the older units :) No soggy carpet :)

Sleeps 4? Wifi?

The apartment was clean enough and offered us a place to sleep. So that's nice. And the bike storage shed was a plus. But note that 'sleeps 4' means one double bed plus a pullout sofa bed. And 'free wifi' means no wifi. And fun fact, if you attempt to reset the apartment's router, that'll cost you about $200 in fines. Were we offered $ back for the wifi not working? No, but we were given access to a neighbor's wifi . . . that was slow as molasses.

Clean, quiet and had all the things we needed to enjoy our time. Best WiFi we’ve had on the mountain in all the time we’ve been coming to Snowshoe. Didn’t hurt we had fantastic weather to ski too! Thanks for contributing to a great trip!
