“Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock.
Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am.
Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time.
When asked to leave, they did. ……

“The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.”
