“Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This……

“I was just frustrated by the check in producers as was keyless and required code and to get the code I found not very easy. Ensure you check in before you arrive as we was waiting around for a while after a long drive here trying to figure out how yo get in. Couldn't get cooker to work also at first but worked in the end would stay here again though”
