"Proprietor Jann could not be more friendly and helpful! He directed us to local attractions and restaurants, arranged reservations and followed up, all with a beautiful smile. Breakfast was perfect too. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely. Highly recommended!"

Rooms are very small, shower facilities are outdated,beds are uncomfortable, the first room we got smelled terrible (sewer-odeur) same smell in the corridor...this is really a hotel that gives you a heavy depression. The staff is very friendly though and breakfast is OK. "

Our room was clean spacious and very comfortable and the residence was perfectly situated near to the beach and the lively restaurants and cafes adjacent to le Trestrao beach. We are now P&V converts after this and our stay near Binibeca Vell in Menorca. Will definitely stay again. "
