In the morning, you can enjoy a nice breakfast on the top floor while taking in the lovely view. Additionally, the location is only a 2-minute walk to the center and a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful beach."

"The property was really lovely. Exactly as the photos and exceptionally clean.Our lovely host lives next door and was on hand for anything needed, nothing was too much trouble.Communication leading up to our stay was great and I received replies to my emails on the same day.Our host speaks good English and I understand is also fluent in German. I think he speaks French as well!The property is within easy walking distance of a lovely beach and a nice town that had everything we needed. We did not have a car and we did not need one for our requirements.The drive from Palermo airport is about 45 minutes. We arranged for our host to drive us.It was very hot when we were there in September, but the air con was fine.The pool and gardens were immaculate, with the pool being cleaned daily.I was there as a single Mum with my 2 young adult daughters and we felt the area to be safe.All the doors and windows in the prooerty have bars and bug screens, we had no mosquitos.I would definitely recommend without hesitation and would happily stay again."
"We had a lovely time in Balestrate. The villa and particularly the garden area was perfect and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. I travelled with my partner and our 2 year old daughter. Ciro gave us great directions and met us at the property. He showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble. He really is a brilliant host. The villa was well equipped with everything you will need and the garden is perfect for a young family. Lots of toys for our daughter to play with and the pool was very safe with a gate on the stairs. We were able to walk from the villa into the town and to the great local beach. We also had a car to explore further away, which I would very much recommend. All in all we had an amazing time and would certainly recommend the villa and Ciro to anyone looking for a great family holiday."

"My husband and I had the privilege of staying here for the entire month of June and it was amazing. It is very accessible to the Palermo airport. The home is exactly as described. The beds are very comfortable and the view is fantastic. It is well equipped for cooking and laundry. We took many day trips and were always so happy to come back to our little house on the hill. There is always a cool breeze from the sea and the terraces are the perfect place to enjoy those breezes. Ciro is an amazing property manager with great communication and attention to detail. His English was very good! Andrea, the owner, is so very kind and came by every morning to water his garden and his many olive trees. He was very quiet if we were sleeping and always happy to talk to us if we were available even though our Italian was not good. I would highly recommend this home away from home. I would also strongly suggest having a car to reach this house up the steep driveway and surrounding towns for day trips. This is a great home base. I can't say enough good things about this place. For us, it was a trip of a lifetime. Grazie mille Andrea e Ciro."
"The property is beautiful. We hiked and did tourist things during the day. Played in the beautiful pool to cool off in the afternoon. Went and ate at Eo restaurant which was recommended by the host. We did rent a car to get around our last two days. Fantastic time!"
