“Housekeeping was quite bad. I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast at 10xx in the morning. I didn’t expect that the housekeeping would come clean my room that early. So I didn’t pick up the open but unused condom from the floor… the housekeeping picked it up and put it right on my necklace. I mean, the table was quite big. “Todo muy bien”

“Nice place to stay. Beds are so comfortable. ”

“We love our stay very much, convenient, clean, spacious and feel luxury. The staff is friendly and useful. The place is amazing and located right in the city, close to everything we need and still walkable to everywhere.”

“Very nice accommodation close to Milano Centrale. Quiet and well appointed.”

“The apartments were lovely; spacious, clean and well equipped. We weren’t aware of the specific apartment we’d get and had an issue with a spiral staircase in ours we weren’t aware of but the team was great and got us relocated to an alternative. Really clear instructions and super central to walk everywhere, highly recommend”

“Best location. Easy to check in. Warm welcome and useful suggestions for food and sights.”

“Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.”

“Room had a perfect layout and space was efficiently designed. Room amenities were more than what we expected Well located within 5 min walk to metro station. Area was quite and clean.”
