Very clean ground floor unit is just steps away from both the swimming pool and Hot tub courtyard. This 2-bedroom 2 bath condo comes fully equipped including washer/dryer, linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen including microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This unit is well maintained with tile in living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and dining area. 2 TVs, DVD/VCR player.

Must be 23 years or older to rent this unit.
No pets or smoking allowed.

Too many fees, extra costs added

It was nice, but what started out as an average good price per night quickly went way up with all the added fees. I mean, just put all these fees, except taxes, into your price upfront and be done. Cleaning, VRBO, registration, extra parking (at least two should be included), ECT, etc, just a bit to much. These 3 nights ended up way more than I wanted to pay... I won't do that again. Place was nice enough though, we had a good (expensive-(for us)) weekend. I've stayed at other places just as nice as this, or nicer, (& w/3 BR), lots cheaper. Just saying.....

Family friendly….

My only complaint was the “ no bikes, no this, no that”. The property is nice and right at the beach. We did deem it the “ No Fun Zone”- just don’t bring bikes or anything you’d need to leave on the patio.
