In the centre of Charlestown, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, from the sea, 480 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking space n 12. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 320 m, bar, bakery 1 km, café, bicycle rental 2 km, pub garden 320 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Charlestown" 800 m, railway station "St Austell" 3 km, sandy beach "Crinnis" 2 km pebble beach "Charlestown" 480 m.
