The property has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 2 large bedrooms and a good-sized family bathroom and benefits from a small covered yard to the front which is useful for storing beach equipment.

Bedroom 1. Double bed, recess with rustic oak shelving, chest of drawers and a hanging rail.
Bedroom 2. Bunk bed with double mattress below and single above. Large chest of drawers, hooks for hanging clothes and futon chair.
Bathroom. Newly fitted in 2021 with bath with electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin plus heated towel rail.
Carpeted throughout apart from the kitchen and bathroom areas. Heated by electric wall heaters.
From Saturday 4th January 2025, The Bolthole has a dedicated parking space in a garage which is nearby. The garage has a height restriction of 2.4 meters and the parking space is 2.8 meters wide and 4.6 meters deep.
