“AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. “We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday.”

“Fabulous welcome pack, Lesley greeted us and made sure everything was ok. Tamsin’s Cottage was everything we expected and more. It felt loved and homely with everything you needed for a great stay. Our dogs were made to feel welcome and the field along the track was a godsend. The hot tub was a great way to relax even when the weather was rough we enjoyed watching the birds in the garden. “What an awesome place! It was much larger than we thought split over 3 levels. Middle one has the front room and kitchen, downstairs twin room plus sun room and bathroom. Top floor twin room and king bed plus shower/bath and separate toilet. Beds were extremely comfy too. So close to all the amenities.”
