spring break

Condo was very clean- a little smaller than what we were expecting, The only issues we had was with hot water-often it was not working and we had to take cold showers. Wish the curtains were black out ( mainly for the kiddos). Great location to the pool and easy access to the beach. A smart tv in each room would have been helpul.

Very cute little condo

This little place was very clean and modern. Easy pool and beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice but Small

Enjoyed our stay the beach was nice. The property needs to list that there is quite a walk from the little boardwalk shown to the beach. The condo was clean but showers could use an update were clean but looked dirty were they need updating. It is a small unit and the pull out bed was not comfortable at all. There was also a sofe soft in the floor at the door in the guest room that needs checked. Overall it was an ok stay.

Long weekend

Everything went well. We had an issue with coffee pot not working. I called the office and they delivered a new coffee maker with in the hour. Service was great.

Kitchen is poorly equipped. Bedroom furniture is in bad shape. Bugs.

St Simon's is wonderful

The location was great, the area laid back, pretty & not crowded this time of year. As with almost everywhere we stay anymore, cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority...even during COVID. After wiping all high touch and tabletop surfaces, we were good to go.

Horrible mold and rust.

I had terrible reaction to mold and rust. Ruined our stay. Had to leave St. Simons 3 days early due to health issues. Condo was absolutely nothing like descriptions and photos. Please remove from your listings.

St. Simons Shipwatch #101

What a great property! I plan to come back and stay here again! The condo itself is very nice with ample space, bedrooms and bathrooms for our family, and the proximity to the beach is a plus. We love that it has a home feel and is not overly-commercialized. I am glad we took a chance on this with nothing more than an internet viewing.

Everything here was the same as pictured and advertised. The condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean. The negatives were tight parking and long walk to get to the beach.
