The ground-floor great room boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining area with a table for six for meals or family game nights, and an open living area with high ceilings, stylish furnishings, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Make your way outside to watch the world go by from your furnished front porch or head out back to the yard complete with a gas grill and table and chairs for summertime cookouts and a bocce ball court. For sleeping options, this home offers four cozy bedrooms including a lower-level suite as well as a kid-friendly bunk room and a main bedroom with a bed and en suite bath on the second floor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
