This lovely detached house is conveniently located about 25 minutes walk from central Stamford, and has local shops including a post office, convenience store, pub and takeaways within five minutes walk. There is off-street parking for 2 cars as well as unrestricted road parking outside the house.
There is a generous kitchen dining area which opens onto the garden, with an adjoining utility room. Downstairs there is also a separate lounge area, as well as a study which contains a double sofa bed. There is also a downstairs separate toilet. Upstairs you will find four double bedrooms, the master offers an ensuite shower room. There is a separate family bathroom which has a bath.
This house is fully open to our guests, with no restricted areas. Entry is via a key safe. There is offstreet parking for two cars, as well as unrestricted parking on the road outside the house, with no restrictions.
There is a park area for children within one minute walk of the property. There is also a Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, pub, post office, convenience store and Hairdressers within five minutes walk. Waitrose supermarket is approximately 15 minutes walk away, not far from the centre of town.
