Everything was fine until I went to take a shower before checking out. NO HOT WATER. NO WARM WATER. NO LUKE WARM WATER. Only cold water. Aside from that the place is fine.

Royal Regency Hotel
I visit Royal couple of times a year I love it the service is fenomenal. Front desk personal the guy his name Aceere and everyone really good. The ladys at the breakfast super friendly. The breakfast is super tasty but menu always the same.
