“Perfect place for a weekend stay with my wife and 23 year-old son. Good base for hiking. House was tastefully done inside extremely clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Single bed was a little small for my son. Who’s just over 6 feet but he made it work.”

“It was a nice place to rest after a busy day. It’s quite comfortable. Nice size for 2-4 people. You might want to consider replacing the microwave, you really have to slam the door to get it to close.”

“Great stay”

“The duplex was very neat and clean. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. The communication with the host was top notch and they were very accommodating. I didn’t know it was a duplex and thought it was a house so that was a surprise. I live in KY and know how humid it is here and they had a dehumidifier in the unit to help with that but there is a strong mildew smell throughout the duplex. The air unit is extremely loud and shakes the floor especially in the back bedroom. Overall……

“Fun, cute, and comfy place to stay! We hiked at RRG and rested well back at this house.”

“My wife and I had a very relaxing get away. Lovely place for a couple.”

“This property was amazing. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was always quick to respond and kind. Perfect spot if you are visiting the red river gorge area.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless and beautifully organized — everything had its place, which made settling in effortless. It was clear a lot of thought went into stocking it with all the essentials, so we never found ourselves needing something that wasn’t there. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth, responding quickly and being genuinely helpful with anything we needed. That level of care made a big difference and really added to our……

“Very comfortable”

“This place was wonderful. After a day of being out in nature, it was great to arrive and find the place was ready for us to just unwind. We enjoyed the games left, especially Hangman. The local restaurants were good as well. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of Toads Barn and Grill. They had live music when we went and just an open environment. The house was clean and perfect for a family of 4 getaway.”

“The inside was clean and freshly painted, however the beds were too firm for my liking and the inside of the house had a horrible musty smell which gave me a raging headache.”

“Family friendly property right on the river, my son spent lots of time fishing and the girls enjoyed the volleyball court! Everything was clean and well maintained! Looking forward to our next visit!”

“Great shape and beautiful scenery. Brief power outage but Mr . Tipton had the electric co. Out there fast and then checked in with us . What a wonderful host!”

“Quick word of caution, the property is well off the beaten path. If you need to have quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, and groceries this might not be for you. Otherwise, our stay was a hit with me, my teenage daughter, and her friend. We walked in and were greeted by soft soothing music. The 1st room had the donkey decorations that the girls had not known about and were laughing with delight. The master bedroom with a massive king size bed. A provided welcome beverage in the……

“Loved the secluded atmosphere”

“Great visit in a wonderful area. We had a terrific time exploring the area in a very comfortable home. You might want to bring some extra towels as we had barely enough for our visit.”

“Excellent spot to be isolated in nature. We had a great time using the fire pit and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Kitchen is fully stacked with utilities and every cooking necessities. Fridge is huge with ice cube and filtered water dispenser. We loved this cabin a lot and definitely, we'll be back.”

“Great location. Directions were spot on. The view was amazing!”

“great secluded property with everything we needed for a great weekend. Hot Tub was nice after a day of hiking.”

“The room was so cozy and clean! The host was super communicative.”
