Recently renovated while retaining its vintage charm, the home is perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful yet activity-rich getaway. A large mezzanine space with its own kitchen, seating, and sleeping area adds flexibility and comfort for bigger groups. The private garden offers a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, while children will enjoy the swing set, playpen, and outdoor play equipment. A spacious balcony and terrace make it easy to soak in the fresh Ardennes air. With restaurants 3 km away and local shops, grocers, and a butcher in the nearby town center, daily conveniences are always within reach. Whether you're planning to explore the scenic surroundings on foot, bike through the hills, or visit in winter for nearby skiing, this home provides a warm and welcoming base. WiFi and on-site parking are included to make your stay even more comfortable.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
