The only (minor) drawbacks were that there was noticeable wear and tear in a few places in home (the paint, the kitchen cabinets, outdoor living spaces). “Communication with Vivi was great. Stayed here with a friend for a writing retreat, and it was everything I'd hoped for. The cabin is set on a hill overlooking the valley. Wonderful fire pit and excellent stargazing. Very generous wood supply. Cabin was rustic and clean with comfortable beds. Recommend bringing your own cooking equipment if you plan on cooking, the kitchen lacked some basics including a cutting board and a larger skillet.
