“We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. ”

“This place was amazing, I loved the place very highly recommended”

“We had a lovely week in Mill Cottage. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for visiting Brixham, Paignton, Torquay area. We would highly recommend. Thank you all.”

“single bedrooms bathroom the toilet seat is missing 2 feet on base of seat therefore seat is sliding when you sit down. shower in main bedroom not working properly when it gets up to temperature water dribbles out. other than these 2 problems everything else is faultless”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

“Marldon village is a lovely quiet area which is easily accessible to Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Daisy cottage was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.”

“Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Location war perfekt. Zu Fuß waren es 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und an den Hafen. Der Host hat noch am Tag unserer Ankunft nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.Sehr zu empfehlen”

“Would highly recommend this property to all our family and friends”

“All Ok The only bit of hassle was the parking...”

“Fantastic accommodation, so relaxing and peaceful. Well stocked kitchenWarm welcome from hosts and welcome goodies. Will be booking another visit”

“Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The……

“This was our 8th visit to this apartment since 2021, and I've already booked the same week for next year. It's just somewhere that ticks every box - parking (a big thing for me, as we drive 3.5 - 4 hours to get to Paignton), a sea-view, a kitchen so we can please ourselves breakfast-wise or eat a takeaway in comfort if we don't fancy eating out, it's clean and nicely decorated, but best of all it's close (2mins to 5mins walk) to literally everything - harbour (get the Dart Princess ferry to……

“The ability to get to restaurants etc in the harbour was poor as very long way down and steep climb up. No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.”

“Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though.”
