"The house was absolutely perfect—literally right on the beach with unbeatable views and instant access to the water. We stayed as two families and the space worked wonderfully for all of us. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We would happily come back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a true beachfront getaway."

"The Positives include: (beautiful view, solid kitchen, nice seating area, master bedroom very spacious, owners communications effective and pleasant) Negatives (you don't really control the thermostat, while you are there. You can set it, but than it reverts back hours later. You need to give control to the occupants. In addition, one shared bathroom/shower for everyone was annoying. If we had more occupants with us that would have been worse than it was. Its my fault for not noticing it when renting, but I don't think that would have prevented us from booking as the view is very worth it.) Overall very nice stay! "

"This property is a quaint beach cottage that's perfect for 2-4 people. Donna is an amazing and accommodating host and her communication is outstanding. She even shared the mayor's announcement about an incoming storm. The house has nearly everything you could need during your stay. The private beach is lovely and the neighborhood is quiet and extremely walkable. The Audubon Society is right down the street and was a great place to walk around. The house is centrally located for Milford and Stratford. I highly recommend this location. "
