“This place is absolutely beautiful. Set right to the falls in Independence. I wish I had taken my morning coffee outside to the private overlook of the falls, but inside was perfect too”

“Hot tub felt amazing!!”

“My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend here and it was incredible! The property was located in beautiful rolling hills and valleys with a mixture of farmland and serene woods. There were friendly horses that loved to come say hello while we had our morning coffee on the porch. The guest house was in amazing condition and so cozy!!! “Everything was great! ”

“A very lovely rental! Cozy, comfortable, VERY clean, affordable, great location. Nice little touches- i.e. touch lamps that have charging port, nightlights all over, soft towels, comfortable bedding, easy access, all the kitchen utensils needed. The host obviously cares about the property.... has a "homey" feel. Easy, prompt communication with the host. We very much enjoyed our stay here.”

“Clean place, very spacious and easy communication with the owner”

“Upstairs in a remodelled log cabin in remote area. Clean/comfy bed; good HVAC; full frig; plenty of room (bedroom, kitchen, living room, bath); small shower space; needs more attention to detail as there were some issues (but not deal breakers). Overall, 4 out of 5.”
