“The property was very clean on arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and have all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. That said, although there was dining chairs in the lounge, there wasn’t soft furnishing like a sofa/settee to relax on at the end of the day to watch the tv. It was ok for me, but uncomfortable for my friend. The room would also benefit from a plant or two as it felt too open.We felt we couldn’t ask for the soft furnishing, as it……

“There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know”
