Boasting a prime location, Cayman Cottage offers 30 feet of available composite dock space, complete with a fish cleaning station, gas grill, and convenient dockside storage. With power and water readily available at the dock, it's easy to indulge in aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. Boaters will especially appreciate the nearby turning basin at the end of the canal, facilitating hassle-free navigation. Relax and unwind on the covered and screened porch upstairs, where you can soak in the gentle sea breezes and savor views of the surrounding paradise.
Step inside this well-maintained single-family home to discover a beautifully appointed interior adorned with like-new furnishings, stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms and tile floors throughout. The primary guest must sign a rental agreement regardless of booking platform. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. One small pet permitted with manager approval and nonrefundable $250 pet fee. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150).
Guest Access:
Guests have the house to themselves.

Breezeswept Beach Estates, a residential neighborhood, is on the ocean side of Ramrod Key, an island 27 miles from Key West. The island`s commerce includes two tiki bar/restaurants, dive shop, hotel, gas station Cuban cafe/grocery and mini golf course.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. There is a city bus that runs from Key West to Marathon several times a day. The Lower Keys have limited taxi service and Uber/Lyft.
