“Beautifully renovated loft apartment with professional decorated space. Nice fenced in greenspace and patio. Easy accessible parking. Bedrooms do face a busy street. Also, it is on the second floor with large wooden staircase with two platforms. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, older adults, or handicapped individuals.”

“What a great place! We’ve done a lot of rentals in downtown Savannah and this is one of the better locations. It was very close to many restaurants and shops- including two of our favorites: Gryphon Tea Room and E. Shaver’s book store. You can definitely park and walk anywhere of interest. The condo was immaculately clean and well stocked. The inside is very spacious also. I would definitely book this again!! ”

“Property is in a fantastic location within walking distance of Riverstreet and many great dining/entertainment options. The parking garage is close by with very reasonable parking rates, which is a HUGE plus considering how hotels in the area charge 50 per day for parking! The property itself was absolutely charming- well decorated and maintained and the massage chair was the icing on the cake! We will absolutely stay here again if it is available! ”

“Completely accurate room, wonderful interior design giving me inspiration for my house! I loved my trip to Savannah and this house was a highlight for sure, though I wish entrance wasn’t in an alleyway that is not well illuminated (I’m a solo female.) In the daytime, walks to Forsyth are manageable but can feel little sketchy. I also wished the TV worked - no batteries in the remote. Excellent stocked place and just great everything. ”
