“This was a wonderful stay for our family during gradation weekend. We were close to a lot of attractions and the place was clean, cozy, roomy and comfortable. Coco was a responsive and cordial host and we are looking forward to staying there in the future!”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had coffee, pods, sugar, and creamer available . Otherwise truly appreciated everything about this……

“The property met our needs for our whole family to stay. The picture listed of the rooms was not accurate and caused some changes, but it was doable. All the stars were hard on my knees. The rooms were decorated beautifully. Our bed was very comfortable. Another bathroom would have been helpful with 14 people. The breakfast was a joke if it was for 14 people staying for 4 nights: a dozen eggs, 1/2 gal. of orange juice. along with frozen waffles and pancakes that were not in there origial……

“This property fit all of our needs. The location was good, the apartment was spacious and it felt private. It’s not fancy but very comfortable! One minor complaint was the kitchen was bare bones for utensils and spices. Overall we were very pleased. We were there for five nights.”

“It was great to get back home to visit family and see how things have changed. Initially, I looked at staying at a local hotel, but came across Barbara’s listing and glad I did. The property was beautiful inside and out, private, and centrally located for our visit. Barbara was easy to communicate with and more like a neighbor than a host. I definitely will stay again should we back to visit in the future. ”

“We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs. ”

“Terrible experience. I chose not to stay at the property after entering the unit and finding it had not been cleaned. Dirt on the floors, bathrooms not cleaned, dirt on the sheets, garbage on the floor in both bedrooms. Disrespectful owner. There are far better properties to book in Birmingham. Truly disappointing. ”
