“Wir waren für sechs Übernachtungen vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Service, Housekeeping) sehr freundlich, haben immer ein Lächeln übrig gehabt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es wurde auch schnell immer nachgelegt.Besonders hervorzuheben war das es jeden Tag immer auch etwas anderes typisch maltesisches gab. “We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely experience here. One thing that stands out is definitely the customer service from the staff; Dora in particular was so helpful towards me and my partner. She helped us with renting a car and offered us the chance to check out later due to our flight being in the evening. The location and view from our room was beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and house keeping did an amazing job every day. Should be a 4 star hotel🙊 ”

“雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out……
