Location, Location, Location! New construction, gorgeous 3-bedroom stylish home central to everything that Tampa has to offer! WALK to Raymond James Stadium, just 8 minutes to downtown, 2 miles from Tampa Midtown and TPA.

3 large bedrooms, high ceilings, open floor plan with chef's style kitchen, large dining area, and 65" Samsung Frame Smart TV. Private backyard, patio & 2 car garage.

Close to all of Tampa's greatest attractions in a quiet, residential street in West Tampa/Tampa Midtown.

Amazing weeekend!

Form the check in to every detail of the house and our stay it was a wonderful time. The hosts are amazing, great communication and made us feel right at home, they even had a bottle of wine and welcome card waiting for us. The house is really beautiful and comfortable, also great location!

Beautiful home in a great location

We had a great stay. Home is brand new…location is 10 minute walk to Raymond James. Host is responsive and really personable. She made us feel at home. Definitely would book again!!

Amazing Place!!!!

Booked this amazing place for the Luke Combs Concert at Raymond James Stadium. We were blown away from the time we pulled up. The house was beautiful , the beds comfy and it was less then a 10 min walk to the stadium. My contact with the hosts was perfect. Very friendly and answered any questions i had. If i am ever in the area agian i will definatly stay here.

Amazing Thanksgiving Family Stay

My family of 7 felt right at home, which was very important as our stay was during Thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen, furniture, garage and backyard were great. Communication was timely and very professional and welcoming. Location is pretty central part of Tampa. Thank you for welcoming us to your home!
