Once inside, everything is wonderful and calm! The staff is outstanding, always smiling and helpful. They can answer any questions and get you a safe taxi, etc. The rooms are spotless , modern and beautiful. All you could ask for in amenities! The food is delicious and their service is exceptional. We basically ate all our meals there rather than try to find something else. Their menu should satisfy most people and I am sure if you wanted something special, they could accommodate you. I have stayed at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar last year and came back again this year. It is a wonderful hotel with great staff and quality accommodations. The rooms and the hotel is super clean, the food is the best and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is a plus- you can easily walk and explore Stone Town. I love the soaking bath after swimming and watching TV at the same time - very relaxing. I definitely recommend Park Hyatt Zanzibar.
