Fantastic villa in the Bernardas Convent!
Germinated house, duplex, in the center of Tavira, inserted in a private condominium with two communal swimming pools and several green spaces. Located in the historic and emblematic Condominium Convento das Bernardas, which began as a monastery in 1509, until it became a factory in 1890. Loaded with history and cultural symbolism, this house sleeps 5 people and is part of the centenary development reimagined and restored by architect Souto Moura to become a condominium. The Convento das Bernardas BV is the right choice for lovers of history and art, and for those looking to rest and enjoy the Convent's excellent spaces and services.Convento das Bernadas BV offers air conditioning and comprises two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a service bathroom, living room and open plan kitchen with a dining area. It also has access to the Convent's common spaces, such as the pool areas and the outdoor gardens. One of the condominium pools is located in front of the house and has direct access. This accommodation, fully renovated and decorated to create a peaceful and bright atmosphere, has everything you need for your holidays. In addition to having a fantastic view of the Salinas de Tavira, the accommodation also has parking space outside and a private outdoor area with chairs and table, where you can relax and have a glass of wine or a light meal while enjoying the fresh air and the fantastic Algarve climate.With large areas and lots of natural light, this accommodation is ideal for groups or friendly couples looking for a relaxing holiday in Tavira.
