Welcome to Cimarron Lodge 22, an AvantStay home!

Great location! This one-bedroom condo is conveniently located in the Cimarron Lodge, which is situated between Lift #7 and the San Miguel River.

Guests enter this second-floor condo from a stair-accessed exterior walkway. Inside the home, guests will find a large living space with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a TV, equipped with cable. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffeemaker, toaster, Crockpot, microwave and everything needed to complete a meal at home. The adjacent dining room sits six with two additional stools at the breakfast bar.

The bedroom is located in the rear of the home and has a queen bed, and views of the San Miguel River. The bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.

- There is no A/C at this property.
- The Cimarron Lodge is a true ski-in/ski-out property in the town of Telluride with great access to Lift #7. Complex amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, gas grills, a complex laundry room, and a private ski locker.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has access to a communal hot tub.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

The building has an underground parking garage with one parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and pots. As for the location, well you have a 1 minute walk to chair 7 and a ten minute walk to the main street.

Cimarron Lodge 22 is our preferred place to enjoy Telluride's winter

My husband and I stayed a few times at and feel familiar with this condo. When we checked in, it was our surprise that there wasn't a garage door opener on the counter, but there was a guest parking pass. A short call to AvantStay and they were able to quickly give us a pedestrian code to the garage to make sure we could settle in comfortably. The folks at AvantStay were very professional and the condo was packed with clean towels and toiletries and everything needed. It's literally ski in/ski out from Lift 7. A lift ticket office and Telluride Sports for wax/tuning is right there and away from big crowds. The ski locker is super convenient too. Will definitely return on our next winter trip to Telluride!

Great Location

Excellent comfortable location, true ski in and ski out. The view from the room is a bit obscured, but who cares when the location is so great. Very spacious. Would love to come back. 10 minutes by foot from the heart of the Colorado Ave.
